Words cannot express how wonderful and redemptive it was to have him here, last weekend. That we survived so many things together in the day, and that we are both alive and on a similar path today is amazing. He still smells, but I care less. They are all sweet kids, surrounding him, and I had more fun watching this band than either of the previous two.
